    Blogger is letting me comment on my PC but not on my phone (which is what I usually use). On the phone it says I need to sign into Google (although I'm already signed in) but won't let me do anything else.

      Thanks, Alastair. It's not the reason for this post, but I have a similar problem on my iPad in Firefox. I'm logged into Google and can see Blogger in Design mode, but when I look at a given page in normal viewing mode I'm signed out and can't access the edit pencil...but my Android phone and PC are OK...
